Maryland Butterflies and the Native Plants they Need to Thrive

lisa beirer-garrett headshotHave you ever seen a Monarch, a Question Mark or a Baltimore Checkerspot? Join Naturalist Lisa Bierer-Garrett to learn how to identify our colorful Maryland butterflies. Discover which native plants act as hosts like Milkweeds, Ironweed and Painted Ladies. Lisa will discuss which plant selections to include as sources of nectar and other hints for a successful butterfly garden. Her recommended plants to attract pollinators will be included in the presentation.
