Design A Pollinator Cafe

How to save the world is the question. Planting for pollinators is the answer! 

Pollinators are key to growing the majority of fruits, vegetables and grains humans rely on for food. And yet, the numbers of many key pollinators are plunging. How can you help? By planting a garden that attracts, shelters, and feeds our key pollinators like birds, bees, butterflies, and bats! Bonus: pollinator gardens are full of color, texture, pattern, and scale, and are easy to conceptualize and plant! 

Learn from Homestead Gardens Horticulturalist and Nursery Manager Zach Ebaugh about planning and planting your own Pollinator Cafe: a space in your yard, patio, or porch that will provide food, shelter, water, and nesting spaces for pollinators.
