I’m somehow drawn to the pure and clean eating aura especially with all of the news out there that many of the processed foods aren’t food at all; in other words our human systems can’t metabolize them. Whew! In her book Clean Food, Terry Walters gives hope and encouragement on how and what to eat in season. She conveys the importance of knowing the source of your food. Oh I love that positive direction! The NY Times states there is actually a clean food movement brewing and clean food doesn’t resemble the old medicinal or funky look of health food.
